Project Objective<\/strong>: Within the Capacity Building and Development Program, ALHem will implement activities aimed at achieving three objectives: development of a constituency base, diversification of funding sources, and development of public advocacy. <\/p>\n\n

Under the first objective, we will establish new partnerships, ensure synergistic action, and strengthen the engagement of the wider community, leading to greater legitimacy and influence on public policies. Alongside strengthening the organization\u2019s fundraising capacities and mentoring support provided through the AKT program<\/a>, our goal is to diversify funding sources, develop concrete mechanisms for generating non-project income, and thereby actively contribute to the long-term sustainability of ALHem.<\/p>\n\n

In the area of public advocacy, ALHem will continue its work on preparing the annual public policy analysis in the field of Chapter 27 through the development of the Coalition 27 Shadow Report. We will advocate for greater transparency in the work of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, as well as market and sanitary inspections. We will actively promote the inclusion of green criteria in public procurement and contribute to efforts in other areas such as human and children\u2019s rights, biodiversity, climate change, and their links to chemicals.<\/p>\n\n

The development of public advocacy will also be reflected in our participation in public consultations, expert debates, the preparation of comments on new legislative proposals, and related activities. <\/p>\n\n

Implementation Period<\/strong>: 01 September 2024 \u2013 28 February 2027<\/p>\n\n
